Pragmatic Tracker - Overview

What is Pragmatic Tracker?

Pragmatic Tracker is a web based application to record and analyse change using measurement with questionnaires. Designed initially for use in mental health and substance abuse services, it has application in all aspects of healthcare, in education and indeed in any service where progress can be measured using questionnaires.  It is ideal for small to medium sized organisations where practitioners deliver a service to clients or customers over a short or long period of time and wish to monitor their performance in terms of client response to service delivery.

It does this my keeping records of meetings between clients and practitioners (users) and recording the answers that clients give on a choice from a variety of questionnaires. It can also be used to develop bespoke 'client specific' questionnaires that fit accurately with the client's needs.

You can find out more about the features and functions of Pragmatic Tracker using the help menu above.

Pragmatic Tracker can be used to design any amount of screening and assessment forms to capture relevant service specific data. Assessment scales can be selected that present at assessment and completion sessions. Session scales can be chosen for use at any session and, finally, any number of feedback measures can be built.

Pragmatic Tracker is ideal for working remotely, online or by telephone as clients can be sent secure email links to measures and can also be sent pin-protected links to progress charts.

Standard single user systems offer an array of features that will meet the needs of many individual practitioners. Bespoke systems can be designed to the way you work, like a well fitting glove.
